If you translate into English, you can still compete, write a 500 word continuation in English of the piece in the style of the original.

Due to many requests, competition languages have been increased to:

Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Farsi, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi. Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish

If you translate into English, you simply write a 500 word continuation in the style of the original.

The selected piece can be translated into any one of:

Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Farsi, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi. Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish

and the two questions:

i) “The main problems facing a translator of a magic realist fantasy novel are:,,,,,,” and how you would resolve them?

ii) What are the literary merits of the translated piece?
